What does the ordering and payment process look like?
- Sending a request for quotation (placing an order on the store website) – in the request you must specify the quantity, type of gadget, printing technique, etc.
- Pricing and visualization – you receive a design and cost proposal.
- Acceptance and payment (advance payment or full amount).
- Production – we start printing/marking.
- Delivery – shipping to customer or personal pickup, depending on preference.

What are the best formats to submit projects in?
We recommend AI, EPS, PDF (with preserved curves) or SVG. In the case of raster files (JPG, PNG), a sufficiently high resolution (300 DPI) and CMYK color space are important.
